Founded by Jessica Maria Silva, ADWJ was created from the philosphy that we are the directors of our own life. From directing every plot twist in my life to directing full productions, every day with Jess is another day to create magic.

My work includes FAA Part 107-certified drone operations. content creation, event production, community engagement, and creative directing.

My background in business and psychology has shaped the way I approach creative work. I’m not just capturing an event or bringing a concept to life—I’m capturing the emotions, values, and vision behind it.

Understanding both the creative ideology and the business perspective allows me to see a project from more than one angle. I’m interested not only in creating something beautiful, but in understanding the people behind it, the purpose behind it, and how it can genuinely connect with an audience.

For me, the most meaningful work creates more than a visual moment. It creates connection, sparks emotion, and brings people together.
